How can I create an account?
If you are a healthcare worker, you can create a free account by visiting app.caringsupport.com, or clicking the Create Account button. If you are an employer or post-secondary institution, contact us for details about how to create an account.
Is there a cost to sign up?
If you are a healthcare worker looking for a job, no - it's free! If you are an employer or school, contact us for pricing.
Is the platform available for anyone outside Canada?
Not at the moment, but hopefully very soon!
What's the goal of Caring Support?
We want to make sure that healthcare workers are not doing the heavy work when it comes to finding a job. We built this platform to to put the work on the profiles and not on the users, making it easier to match people to jobs. Visit the Our Story page to learn more about us!
It says my password isn't strong enough, what do I do?
You will need to create a password that is at least 8 characters in length and include at least one upper case letter, one lower case letter, a number, and a special character (ex. !, @, etc).
I don't see the verification email in my inbox, what should I do?
First, check your junk/spam folder. If you still don't see it, try logging in again and click the "Resend Email Verification" button. If you have further issues, get support.

Can I save the Caring Support platform as an app on my phone?
Absolutely! Visit app.caringsupport.com on your mobile device. If you are using an iPhone or Apple device, click on the share button, and then click "Add to Home Screen". If you are using an Android device, in the browser menu you should see "Add to homescreen" button. Still need help, visit this article.
Is my information safe?

Where is our data stored?
Your personal Information is stored in our private servers, which are protected from any potential loss or unauthorized use, access or disclosure of data. For more information on this, our Privacy Policy here.
Are you a recruitment agency?
No, we are not a recruitment agency. We are a job matching platform dedicated to the healthcare sector where workers can connect with employers, find valuable resources and other career advancement opportunities.
What is the recommended size for my profile picture/logo?
The recommended ratio is 1:1 (the same as most social media platforms) and your image size must be under 5mb. File type should be either .png or .jpg.
What is the maximum file size for uploading a video to my profile?
The maximum file size for video uploads is 4mb. If you need to compress your video to meet this requirement, you can use an online video compressor.
What is the optimal screen resolution size for desktop viewing?
The ideal screen resolution is 1920x1080 for desktop viewing. You should see a colourful sidebar on the lefthand side of the platform. If you do not see this sidebar, check your screen resolution settings. You can also zoom out on your browser screen by holding down Ctrl and pressing - (Cmd and - on Macbooks).
Do you help with resume creation?
Yes! Once you sign up as a healthcare worker and fill out your profile, you will be able to create a fully customizable resume for free using our Resume Builder tool. Give it a try!
If I'm a student, can I still sign up?
Sure you can! It is never too early to start your employment journey. By signing up as a student you'll be able to apply for internships and practicums to get experience before you complete your academic program.
Why should I fill out my profile?
Filling out your profile is the best way to get attention from employers. So, the more complete your profile is, the higher your chances to land your dream job!
What does the flame next to my name mean?
It means your profile has reached a high level of completion. Congratulations! Now all you have to do is keep it updated and stay active on the platform.
Is Caring Support hiring?
If you're looking for a healthcare job, our platform can help by connecting you with jobs and employers. The Caring Support team itself is not currently hiring, but we will be in the future. Yes! In the Search tab, use the "Willing To Relocate" filter.

Caring Support is a great tool to help your students start their careers on the right foot. The platform connects them with top employers in the healthcare field who can get them employed, and it connects you with alumni and experienced workers looking to advance their careers through continued education.
